Trumis / Pricing
Pricing
Simple on purpose: people never pay to be heard, organisations pay for production use. No metered surprises — a conversation is never cut off mid-story over a quota.
People
Free
Making your own complaint — the conversation, the evidence reconstruction, the written account, sending and tracking. No account, no payment details, encrypted intake records retained for up to 24 months.
There is no paid tier for people. Trumis writes your account and addresses it to the organisation; it does not prepare submissions to an ombudsman or external dispute-resolution scheme. Where you want to go there, it names FairClaim, whose service that is, alongside the free ombudsman or consumer body for the organisation involved.
Organisations — pilot
Free · evaluation
Paste the one-line embed on your complaints page today, or call the API in partner mode. Complaints arrive pre-addressed to your inbox, framed under your policy.
Pilot embeds carry the “Powered by Trumis” mark and show people where their complaint goes. Fair-use rate limits apply (30 requests/min per address). No contract, no call required.
Organisations — licensed
Annual licence · per organisation
Production intake under a written agreement: verified branding from the partner registry, watermark removal, registered page origins, API keys with raised rate limits, support and availability commitments, and data-processing terms.
Licences are scaled to organisation size and complaint volume rather than metered per conversation — ask for the schedule.

Questions
- Why isn't there a public dollar figure for licences? Because a shire council's complaint volume and a major bank's are different businesses. The licence schedule is one page and we send it on first contact — ask for it.
- Does a pilot expire? No fixed clock. Pilots exist for genuine evaluation; sustained production volume on the pilot tier gets a friendly conversation, not a cut-off.
- Is consumer use ever gated by an organisation's licence? No. trumis.com.au/app is free for people regardless of any licence.
