About Trumis
The name joins trust and promise, and Trumis holds both sides to it — you can trust what it writes, and it remembers what they promised.
A complaint companion
You talk, it listens.
Trumis turns a bad experience into a formal, evidence-backed complaint — and nothing is written that you didn’t explicitly confirm.
A complaints page becomes a conversation.
Intake that produces structured, verified complaints a resolution team can act on the day they arrive.
Trust is the integrity layer: verbatim quotes, tick-to-confirm claims, a deterministic rules engine deciding merit, and a service that stores no personal content. Promise is the tracking layer: response clocks, overdue flags, and the escalation path when the answer never comes.
Independent, and Australian
Trumis is an independent, commercial Australian product, operated from Victoria and built by the team behind FairClaim, the free Australian consumer-rights service.
The legal knowledge that gives Trumis its backbone is authored with FairClaim. Related, and proudly so; but Trumis stands on its own commercial feet: built to be adopted, embedded, licensed and supported.
Not a lawyer
Trumis is an automated legal information service, not a lawyer. It does not give legal advice, and a generated complaint is a draft based only on what the person shared and confirmed. For complex matters we say so, and we point people to community legal centres and the free ombudsman schemes.
